Gull: Between Dreams of the Dying
Performance Poster Design
Poster design for my own dance choreography! This piece was created in remembrance of my late maternal grandmother, who we called Gigi.
Presented at Floor Center for Dance, I wanted to design a poster that introduced the element of spoken word poetry and abstract the work as a whole. I used a warped photo of sand at the beach (a landscape I imagined often while in the creation process) and a cutout of my dancers to remove them from this world in a way.
